Mr. Hutsell is the founder and CEO of Premier Management, a full service real estate company based in Minnesota. He has a 25 year proven track record of the successful ownership, management and development of multi-family real estate. Over the last 20 years he personally developed a nationally recognized property management model and has been involved in the development/rehabilitation of thousands of units of multi-family housing. In 2010, he founded Premier, and by early 2025 the company will have grown to nearly 5,000 units across 66 communities in 11 states. He has assembled one of the most talented corporate staff in the region. Mr. Hutsell is also a principal in the Minneapolis based development firm of MDR Development LLC. In the last five years they have completed several development deals and syndications of multi- family assets. The completed projects have a value in excess of 200 million dollars. Mr. Hutsell is a recognized leader in housing management and development having managed cumulative portfolios of over 150 properties located throughout the Midwest with assets in excess of one billion dollars and annual operating budgets of over 100 million. He is a state licensed Real Estate Broker, has a skilled background in commercial /residential brokerage and acquisition, and property appraisal. Mr. Hutsell also serves on the board of Preservation Housing Trust Inc, a nonprofit affordable housing developer based in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Courtney’s career is a testament to growth and advancement within Premier, where she now leads Transitions, Training & Development, and Asset Management. Her strategic focus also includes optimizing Yardi software platforms to enhance efficiency and performance across the organization. Courtney possesses hands-on expertise in site management, compliance, accounting & Yardi support and holds the Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Certified Occupancy Specialist Advanced (COSA) and Tax Credit Specialist Advanced (TCSA) designations.
